This I one of the worst service I received from any service provider. I've been without internet for the past week now and need to work from home, the sent a technician out and still no issues have been resolved. The should update their website and the truth as they are not the best ISP in south africa they are the worst ISP in south africa as you can tell by the 9000 1 star vs the 650 5 star ratings... this is clearly a sign that you guys are very terrible at offering services
