Mweb — up to ****

The worst ****ty Company that I ever had the misfortune of dealing with . My fibre service stopped working a month ago . They were unable to help and blamed openserve (the fbo ) . I then asked Mweb to switch to Octotel . It worked perfectly for 2 days — then off again . I had to call my own technician in to confirm that the outage was on their side . Eventually, I discovered that the idiots had suspended my account! I immediately arranged a switch to vox , but Mweb demanded a clawback fee of R1725 which I paid . I am now told that I must wait up to 48 hours for my line to be released. Can’t wait to be rid of this ****.
