Mweb unreliable

Have signed an agreement with them on the 13th of Jan 2022 and they promised to deliver a router for me of which they haven't done so. What l am worried about is that they have started deducting money from account but l don't know what that money is being deducted for as l haven't started using their services. Am so disappointed about that.
