Mweb unreachable when you have queries.

Its extremely difficult to get hold of mweb should you have technical and billing issues. Very easily respond should you want to sign up using them as a service provider and after that you basically left hanging. My frustration with Mweb is that i made payment directly into there banking account using reference no provided by them and ensured my payment was nade before due date just finding myself disconnected in the end. Tried making contact with mweb via all communication platforms provided and no response. Spent an entire day trying to resolve it but no luck. How do i resolve somthing like this?
