Mweb unreachable managers

This company is the worst and their agents are terrible and unmotivated. We moved homes and needed connections turns out the old home connections was still running hence we’ve been getting double debited when asked for help all you get is sorry we’ll escalate til now nothing gets resolved . Their department managers are also not reachable as the agents won’t put you through . It’s unpleasant and I hoped we would be value as they take our monies
