Mweb unreachable

I have been trying to call Mweb Customer care, but just end up in a robotic loop.. Never even getting the chance to speak to a real person and their system doesn't work. The robot asks for input of numbers, like ID number etc. YET IT DOES NOT PICK UP MY INPUT.. OR IT DOES, UP TO A POINT. ACCEPTING MY ID, YET FAILING TO DETECT MY CONFIRMATION THEREOF. I just need to talk to a real person and they do not provide an alternative means to do so, in case there are problems with their robotic system.. Been trying for months now..

Please.. If someone from Mweb reads this.. Please call me.. I need information about my contract in order to cancel. And FIX YOUR ROBOT!!!
