MWEB unprofessional Conduct

MWEB is very unprofessional and to me disgusting to say the least. They debited my credit card while I don't have any form of business relationship with them. I have been asking them to reimburse me my money but they refer you their WhatsApp, then refer you multiple agents that you keep explaining the same story to them over and over. Its now going for 4 weeks asking for the reimbur*****t but not winning and I want my money!!!!!!
