Mweb unpleasant Customer service

I wrote my first complaint about Mweb internet no response and still there’s no internet connection after they said they’ll send their team! I want to cancel it now and their customer service is so terrible I’ve been holding since 7am in the morning for them to answer! I need to cancel and get my refund! What a terrible internet service definitely the worse there is because why do you mean your customer service is terrible and your service delivery! I need them to really do better with this because I don’t want to take it too far with them. I just want to cancel and get my refund!
