Mweb - UNCONNECTABLE

After weeks of calling, emails and dealing with "No connection ", we find ourselves still with poor stats on Download and Upload and intermittent internet connection. No Mweb response which has resolved this but my account still pays the full amount every month. Any ideas or similar experiences ??
