MWeb uncapped is not uncapped by any streach of the imagination

I have just got MWeb 10Mb uncapped fibre. I had an ADSL line with them for about 5 years and I had no data usage issues. Within my first month of using MWeb fibre, I apparently used my cap (I have to take their word for it as I don't trust their logs) . They throttled me from 10Mb to 1.2Mb and now to 0.6Mb. Seriously! Being in IT I fully understand their fair usage policy but this is taking the p#$#. 1. Don't advertise Uncapped if the package it’s not. 2. Fair usage means half, half and half (10Mb, 5Mb and then 2.5Mb) not what you have implemented. Anyone looking for an uncapped fibre service provider, stay well clear of MWeb. That’s my personal view.
