Mweb uncapped internet at R199 per month

Nowhere in their ad or in their terms and conditions does it say that you can only use 70gig per 30 days otherwise your internet availability will be slowed down when I phoned to complain that my internet is slow for a few days 2 of their agents told me that is policy to slow down the internet if you use more than 70 gig in 30 days the sales person even went so far as to state that he mentiones this condition to prospective clients if I know of this condition I would have done more research and would have looked at other internet providers One of MWeb's managers emailed me and after various mails even she suggested an upgrade to a more expensive package. This makes me believe that MWeb intentionally does not mentioned this condition of 70 gig as expressed during the conversation to get you signed up with them for 6 months and then during the contract period break the contract by not giving you the service you signed up for and they are willing to break the contract again by offering an upgrade before the first expired.<br> Please look into this
