Mweb uncapped fibre is worst-case

I am on a 300Mbts contract, however I only get 30Mbts most of the time. It is unacceptable, my Cellphones 5G is 10ntimes faster. Streaming DSTV becomes issue. Mweb alsondoes not have easy waynof reporting issues and the call centre is always busy. I would like to resolve or cancel.
