Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive a high volume of spam and phishing emails, especially when it impacts your daily workflow and peace of mind. Experiencing over 300 unwanted emails in just a few days is unacceptable, and your concern is taken very seriously.
The Mweb Mail engineers are aware of the situation and are actively working to minimise the impact as quickly as possible. The spam monitoring system has recently been updated to improve detection by learning from messages that are moved to the Junk or Spam folders. To help strengthen the filtering, please move any suspicious or unwanted emails to your Junk folder instead of deleting them. This allows the system to recognise similar messages in the future and enhances overall spam detection.
As an additional precaution, if any personal details or login information were entered on a website linked within these emails, it is highly recommended to change your email password immediately to keep your account secure. You may also continue forwarding suspicious emails to ***, as this helps improve filtering for all customers.
The team is committed to restoring a safe and seamless mail experience for you and ensuring that your email service continues to improve from here.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team
