MWeb unable to sort out accounts
I was divorced in 2005. At the time, my ex-husband contacted MWeb instructing them of this and asking them to remove my email address from his account. I duly received invoices on a monthly basis but failed to notice that the debit order was not in fact being withdrawn from my account.
My ex-husband became aware of this in around October 2014, much to his extreme ire. Since then, we have both contacted MWeb on numerous occasions requesting that the billing be separated. We have both submitted copies of ID documents, banking details, completed form requesting change of ownership of the account but to absolutely no avail.
Eventually, out of utter frustration at MWEb's incompetence, I took time off work to just sit on the phone to MWeb and insisted on speaking to a supervisor-----Mr Jermaine Isaacs.
Once again, I submitted all the documentation. Mr Isaacs assured me that the accounts were sorted out and that we would subsequently each be charged separately and correctly.
However, this has simply not happened!!!! I have now been sent both accounts and payment from both of them has been withdrawn from my banking account.
The level of incompetence is staggering. How do I sort this out?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
As per your discussion with our customer service representative this matter has now been resolved.
The 2 accounts has now been seperated and the invoices will be sent to each email account.
Kind regards
