Mweb unable to do online fibre requests

Online sales for fibre from MWEB does not work and impossible to talk to anyone remotely willing to assist. If and when you manage to speak to anyone, they quote you 14 days to installation.....I requested service on 26th Feb. The call centre staff put u You on hold so that you terminate the call after no followup! U dial the sales staff number and they do not return you calls! Only 7weeks so far. How do you terminate the request??
