MWEB - unable to contact them

I have been trying to upgrade my product with MWEB for days now - I have also logged queries online but nobody is getting back to me - I wanted to cancel but cannot even do that online - been phoning and average holding time so far 20 minutes then still not answered - This creates a really bad impression and frustration
