Mweb - unable to cancel - clearly made to difficult.

I have been trying to cancel our Mweb subscription for 5 months. Cannot get through on phone. emails - *** returns mail. Mweb internet page useless. Absolutely unacceptable service. *** - R***8

In the interim I have move to another service provider who cares.

Do not recommend Mweb. Service well below par.
