MWEB Ultra fast internet SUPER slow service!!!!

So we place an order with MWEB for fibre line 100mb download and upload. It didn't inform us it will take 7 to 14 working days. It said estimated completion date 30-03-2021. So yesterday they came to do the installation and after all is done im told the router will still be delivered. So i thought okay it will come a bit later in the day. So after waiting the whole day i phone and find out MWEB cant even tell me when its coming. So this morning (next day) i phone and ask who there courier service is and find out it is ConvergEX. I phone them and they say they dont even have the router in there possession yet. But the lady said i should have tomorrow until she realized im in Cape Town and they are in Johannesburg. SOOOO she says i should have it by next week. At this point im like what?!?!? We are in the day and age of takealot delivering within a day and here sitting with internet i cannot use because of a stupid router that you can pretty much get anywhere. I can drive 2mins down the road and buy one but MWEB wants to ship it from Johannesburg and have me wait 14 days. Are you insane. Who is running this company? how much money and time are you wasting on distribution??? This is why you guys are always behind on helping and gaining new clients because your system is not streamlined. I am able to assist my clients within a day. I come from your competitors to receive this nonsense. From ultra fast fibre to not having any because you distribution manager and or who ever decided to run things this way doesn't know what the hell they are doing. Employ me and pay me there salary and ill have things running as smooth as a baby's bottom. Where are the days of bending over backwards for clients to keep them happy instead when i asked to speak to a manager at MWEB i was told he/she is not here yet??? lol that's nice. So i get passed on to automated call back menu option. Really??? MWEB you guys need to get your stuff in order. Truly disgusted.
