Mweb *****ulently debit my account

My account with mweb ended over a year ago - no Internet no email hosting - all blocked and suspended where service is CONCERNED. BUT THEY STILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY OVER R500... TO THIS DAY! DO THE MATH. I HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM COUNTLESS TIMES. THEY SIMPLY LET YOU HOLD THE LINE FOR HOURS ON END. I got through to an agent once, and I told him I was cancelling all services and I want my debited instalments back as I did not enjoy any services from them. He said he will have somebody from account cancellation dept call me right back. That never happened. I have tried calling again and again without luck. My account was debited again last month as it was for the past year. My bank blames mweb, for not cancelling the debit order from their side.

This is *****ing. I am now fed up. I want every cent I was debited back or I will take this matter further and going public with this info. I will not be ignored and billed any further for a service I don't get. It's ***** AND THEFT. I demand a call within 24h. ***
