I have been out of connection since Sunday the 18th, after struggling to get through to their contact center I have been sent from pillar to post still without a solution. Until today nothing has been done about my connection. I work from home that’s the main reason I got fiber but for the past week and this week I am forced to report to office because I cannot work from home. It is frustrating to say the least. L
