MWEB - TRY TALKING TO A HUMAN!

Been a loyal MWeb customer for at least 25 years. When it works it is great, and in the past the call centre also was great. Now it is absolutely horrible. Phone number no longer working and been on internet now for over an hour and just keep being told "hand on almost there" or "finding you an agent". Not being able to speak to a human being is frustrating beyond belief!!!
