MWeb treats customers like trash

MWeb and customer service don't belong in the same sentence.

My parents signed up for a fibre deal with Vumatel, but the actual internet is provided by MWeb. My mother is the account holder, and her account has been linked to to her bank card.

Her bank card expired last month, so MWeb couldn't debit for the fibre service. Instead of contacting her, they canceled her account.

For the past two weeks, we have been sent from pillar to post by MWeb, desperately trying to reactivate the account. No such luck. One occasion, I held FOR 55 MINUTES. No one is willing to help. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MWEB
