MWEB total garbage policies

Well MWEB and their draconian policies. So i took out a 12 month contract back in 2015, after the 12 months passed it automatically went over to a month to month, all is fine 3 years later paying every single month with debit order not missing 1 payment. Fast forward to me cancelling the service they require 30 days notice basically a calendar month. How is this a month to month contract? I will not pay for a service i cannot use i had to move ASAP and cancelled my service as within the same month i already payed for.
