MWEB Throttling decreases connection quality

Good day, <br> <br> I have a 2mb line with Mweb. I have gone past the threshold of 70G on a 30 day rolling window. <br> I have queried MWEB on facebook and he said my line has dropped to 384kbps.<br> <br> I understand in the decrease in the line however my connection quality to the local teamspeak server is 78% with a 5% packet loss. I still need to game online but i can barely even connect or even play. I disconnect every 5 seconds. I tested my friends mweb account at home and there is 0 packet loss.<br> <br> Line speed can decrease however i don't think the connection quality should as well.
