MWEB Throttled Fibre

this company sells you 1000mbps with the promise of unthrottled internet. They a ****s don't be fooled, I have been with them for about a year and I am being throttled every night and my speeds are below 10MBPS during peak times. I logged and called several times but no action has been taken to resolve my issue. Just hope this message gets to some unsuspecting customer thinking of signing with MWEB to think again. I will be migrating my account to AfriHost, the number 1 provider in SA, at the end of this month. If MWEB is reading this message, dont bother calling me now, you will regret it if you do.
