Mweb Theft

Mweb offered a service to me which I was interested in but needed to do some research before I cancel my contract with my current service provider, so I asked Mweb to call me back later that day and no one called me back. Instead I started getting billed from them it's been three months now, and every month my money gone for NOTHING! I've been complaining and I'm getting no help, I don't have an account with Mweb! They did nothing for me the past three months no service at all! No one installed anything so I don't understand what the hell it is they billing me!!! I want all my money back and my account to not be billed
