Mweb - the worst Voip service provider

I am trying to port my number from Telkom to the Voip service offered by Mweb. The worst experience I have had as after 2 months and numerous phone calls, they have not resolved my issue and they were quick to give a new number and start billing me for a service I am not using. Every time you call Mweb, you have to hold on for at least half and hour before anyone attends to you; then they put you through to the wrong department and they can never resolve your problem. Absolutely fed up with the service provided by Mweb. I would recommend that nobody use the Mweb Voip service.
