MWeb the worst supplier ever
If I could give a zero, I would. The worst client service ever. Phoned yesterday for technical support, held on for 27min, only message - "you are no1 in the que" Tried again today on number listed on www, = number does not exist. Tried the online chat bot ... after an hour no reply. Phoned the sales number, picked up in 10 seconds but they could not put me through to support. Tried the online chat again ... was contacted after 2 hours 15min later ... after an hour consultant still could not assist with the issue. Had to refer me to an email "specialist" When will they contact me tomorrow 17:30. In 26 hours from now. Useless beyond compare. I have screenshots of all the above.
We understand how upsetting and exhausting this experience has been, especially after spending so much time trying to reach support, receiving inconsistent assistance, and being left without clear resolution. This is not the experience we want for our clients, and we recognise the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
