MWEB THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVERRR!!!!!

Our company upgraded our adsl to Fibre over a month ago, and yet nothing has been installed, according to the online website it has been completed, But nothing has been installed yet, Have been phoning every day just to talk to someone and keep getting cut off, Requested for a manager to phone me back but NOTHING!!!! hOW CAN THESE GUYS RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. ABSOLUTALY PATHETIC!!!!
