MWEB - The worst service provider.

Been trying to add services to my domain ie pay more money to Mweb as a client but can't as there is no service Nobody answers the Technical call centre after being "no1 in the que" for over 25minutes Nobody answers the Sales call centre for current client. Phone goes dead after a couple of minutes New sales call centre is answered, but then they transfer you to current client sales and back to the black hole. The online website does not work, or at least you can't add services to a current owned domain, it wants you to register a new domain. The bot does not work, it goes to a wip website. The online chat does not work, "Ashwin" closed the call after 25minutes without answering anything. Finance department does answer the call on 2 rings - weird!! - and then I spoke to a lady and she added the hosting to my domain. A day later, and there is still nothing.
