Mweb the worst service of your life

Ordered fibre they kept send me messages saying I wasn't answering my phone. 2nd day my husband says they have been calling him. Anyway they take 7 days to install fiber that is already there. And than they say track the order, the router shows it will be delivered on the 9th Oct. Which is a total of 17 days, so I say cancel and the agent ignores me. And still sends the router. We get billed 2days before the router is delivered. 3 calls and with no answer and trying to get anyone to help on the chat is a nightmare. So I goohle how to pay this account and I check on my app. App says go to a billing and pay directly into PayPal. On Billing it shows R0 so now I try again and no answer from billing they transfer you with on one answering the call. I guess I should just cancel this stupid account and move on. Because if this is the service you receive than I will go someplace else.
