Mweb - the worst service ever.

Please, whatever you do don't use Mweb. They took 2 months to install and get my fibre up and running, with minimal communication. I had fibre for a week, when I first didn't have internet at all. It came back on after a day, no comms from them at all.

Then yesterday I had an error when I connected to my fibre, that says it can't recognise my router's IP. I logged it around 13.30. I still haven't had as much as a confirmation of my query since then. We are forced to work from home and this is the sh** we have to put up with. Thank goodness I haven't cancelled my Afrihost rain service yet.

I want out of this situation as soon as possible. Worst service ever.
