MWEB The worst Service ever!

Worst service ever! I just signed up with MWEB less than a month ago. The fiber line broke, that run through my neighbors property (Which is not on my property and out of my control). I didn't get my free installation as I already had a line from an ISP. But now Nano/Mweb/Vuma wants me to pay R1700 to install! I work from home and this is negatively impacting me. I call almost every day since my internet has been down, and all I get is transferred to the next department.
