Mweb-the worst service ever

Pathetic Poor **** service I am sending you this e-mail with regards to very unprofessional **** service.

The sale lady Phakama Mona, was very quick to sell me this it was Mweb web connect R299 package.

I ordered A NEW installation, open serve guys came and installed on the 10 or 11 May 2023

It has been off ever since then.

Today 31 May 2023 a guy named Joel from open serve came to assist me, he spent 4hours trying to assist me including the tech team at Mweb. Eventually he spoke to his boss who said that this is an mweb account 75meg line and NOT Web connect hence on mweb side it shows activation but my side will not connect.

When this was ordered it supposed to have come with a new ONT BOX, NEW CIRCUIT NUMBET AND NEW ORDER NUMBER of which non Was a received.

I spoke to Thulani Mona and told him to cancel this package ASAP, I even spoke to Nxuma and Ovaya at sales support she was of no help and they all advised that it is connected when if fact it is not.

Apparently on the 5May 2023 it was cancelled order and them 25May a new order was placed. This is ***** that is happening and false information that is being given to us people.

Please contact me as a matter of urgency to redo this whole process and install new devices as this is needed for my work tomorrow 1 June 2023
