MWEB THE WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH

I cancelled my fibre at the office due to Covid-19 and now they have also removed my email address that I have had for 30 years. I have spent hours trying to speak to someone at MWeb but to no avail. This morning I got through to Hirsch in sales who said he would call be straight back, 8.48am, its now 9.52am and I am still waiting. This is severely affecting my business especially during this time and it seems to be a case of Mweb can do what ever they please.
