Mweb, the worst ISP in South Africa

honestly stay away from Mweb as far as you can. the worst ISP in South Africa. literally go with anyone else. you will be better off.

you will be throttled all the time. its impossible to get a quick response out of them. on a Friday they throttle your internet for example. the technical "expert" will then call you back on Wednesday for example. so you spend the entire weekend without internet.

If i could i would give them a minus rating.

I moved to Afrihost and it is a lot better. try that.

They also refused to give me a refund for the days i was without internet. i pay for a service and i did not get it. so basically they are taking your money without providing a service. nice business for them. they do not really care if you call them. they will make up excuses why your internet is slow and the problem is not with them. completely insane these people. stay away.
