Mweb the worst ISP in SA

This company doesn't deserve a single star, in the less than 24 months that I have been with them hasn't been a pleasure, service is beyond bad, 10/5 mbps are now charged at R1390 pm. I want to cancel but they don't give me the option, keeps giving me wrong and inactive email addresses,am being held ransom for my own money. you hold on for ages when you call the helpline. R1390 is for a 25/100 mbps line. I want to cancel so that i can get a better service provider not this ****mers. I want them to come take their router, i won't even refer my enemy to this company. CANCEL MY LINE ALREADY, IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS
