MWEB The worst ISP EVER!!

MWEB the worst ISP...they debit me R200 extra then my contact plan, I've called their call center omg the worst customer service ever, they've put me on hold for 10 minutes no answer. They keep taking me for pillar to post its been 4 months of trying to cancel this nonsense 😤, it's a nightmare I wouldn't recommend they service to anyone,can someone help me CANCEL this NONSENSE I'm so done with MWEB .
