MWeb the worst ISP and VOIP provider

Requested to have my Telkom line ported to my Voip service with Mweb in January 2020. Request somehoiw got lost. Meanwhile, Telkom line cancelled and cancellation number given to Mweb. Still nothing. Another request first week in March 2020. Numerous queries and unanswered phone calls to Mweb, no response. meanwhile, no patient able to contact practice on old practice number that was supposed to have been ported. Queries with reference numbers quoted, still nothing, and it is now a month later after second request, still nothing and my queries are closed. Pathetic service, not able to reach anyone of technical department. Changing contracts as soon as I can. Not worth the bother to use Mweb, better service providers around.
