MWEB the worst ISP

It the worst service I've ever received. I wanted to cancel my ADSL line, and gave them 30 days notice as expected with my contract. They were suppose to have cancelled the line rental with Telkom on 1 February 2024, to date 12 Feb. 2024. it still hasn't been done. I asked to keep my email address, they successfully cancelled that for me and has been battling for 5 days to get that reinstated again.

Is there a ISP worse than MWEB?
