Mweb the worst internet service provider!!! They only are there before you take up their Product after that, you’re on your own! Worst service no technical support

I recently took up a fibre package with Mweb. They delivered my router and I have not had no help from a technical support perspective to help me connect. My previous log in details don’t work and when I call in I have to hold for a long time, constantly buying minutes to get through for help. Why offer me product only for me to look at and not use it for what it’s meant for? How else does Mweb expect me to connect nor pay for their services when they haven’t done their part, how do I connect this ****? How am I supposed to get a password or even set it when I am struggling with your technical support and I can’t even get through to a person who can help??? What is the point? I want to cancel my contact new as it is id rather deal with Telkom or MTN because they at least provide a guide and someone to help. Not every one is technically able and yet you categorise us like that? If this is what you call service I truly want nothing to do with this mediocre service. If you’re reading this as a potential customer, don’t use Mweb. I am struggling and I work remotely a lot will be affected because of their lack of customer service and support.
