MWEB THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!

MWEB is by far the WORST Internet Service Provider I have ever encounted . As a long time customer I am absolutely appalled at the service delivery or lack of . You on the phone for over 3 hours waiting for an agent to attend your problem and you 1st in line for 2 of those 3 hours using airtime . The live chat on the app isn't even live just some stupid auto response that doesn't even respond with the right information sometimes its even blank and does not respond . don't even get me started with the agent request on that stupid app. Im trying right now to get a hold of them so I can cancel my subscription with them.
