Mweb the worst internet service privider

I have waited for help from mweb for over two months to downgrade my package. I have been using the service for more than 30 months which means I can terminate my contract any time if I so wish as it is now from month to month. I have sent emails and even used their face book account to try and get help. If this platform does not work I will reverse the if debit order and get another service provider without informing them.
