Mweb - The worst ever
This is the worst service provider ever. There is feedback to the app queries and their coverage is the worst - ever. There is never a reason why the fibre is down or not working and thats how it stays - never working. Please save yourself time, money and effort and go somewhere else, I've had enough and will be search for a new service provider

The query tool on your app is also not working, the chat tool is also not working. All my other complaints on the app are also no longer visible, what happened to them?
I've restarted the TV and the router. The TV is working, the lights on the router aren't flashing and working perfectly but once again, our fibre is off-line.
This has been the case for months - it's more offline than anything else. Yet, you happily debit my account monthly for a service you are not providing.
