MWEB THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst. I move from Telkom because of there bad service. Just to experience as bad service from Mweb. We were waiting for or fibre to be install from December. I ask them to downgrade my service from 20mbps to 10mbps. They said it will be done. I called again in Jan to make sure that it will be change before the fibre is install to prevent any problems later on.

No, offcourse it was not change. Still on the 20mbps package. called in twice this morning everytime some says please hold the put the phone down in my ear.

MWEB IS NO BETTER THAN TELKOM. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
