Mweb the worst ever

Worst ISP provider ever..everyday theres no internet connection for a few hours and forget about streaming anything using mweb as either you dont have internet or if you do have its buffering..customer service is delayed aswel..you query something via the site or their Facebook chat and they reply days later and its the same reply I need to do speed test and send to them..maybe provide Internet connection for me to actually do a ****** speed test..come do the speed test yourselves as I'm using the same devices and had other ISPs before this and it was fine so stop blaming our devices when you cant provide internet..
