Mweb: The Worst

For TWO WEEKS now, exvept of course public holidays, I M still corpus mentis, I have been in the queue on their portal to have an agent from Order Fulfillment to tell me when I will receive my router. No such luck. And everytime I wated 60 minutes of my airtime waiting. And of course, this is my 3rd time writing a negative review, and still no response from mweb. No wonder they have such bad ratings
