MWEB ....THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE EVER BY FAR !!!!

Mweb by far has the WORST customer service ever. I really wonder if they have just one staff manning the technical faults line. I tried all day to call them and held approximately 30 mins each time until the call gets cut.

My wifi isn't working with an error that says " Vimatel Walled Garden". I've tried several times to get through with no luck at all.

Mweb is by far the worst company I've dealt with as this isn't my first bad experience with them. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL GET SOMEONES ATTENTION !!!! And possibly they would contact me.
