MWEB the worst customer care/after sales service ever

Had fibre installation installed a few months back, chose Mweb as my ISP, how sorry i am. I was on a month to month contract, somehow there is changes happening with a third party Vuma reach where you need to purchase through them. I've been on the line with Mweb for days and wont kid you, probably spend R500 on airtime, the service is the worst, worst than standing in a que at the bank, they so *********** and transfers you from tech-sales-admin-cutting the call. my fibre voucher expires today, and still they are unable to tell me what to do to prevent the line from becoming dead, what makes it worse is that i am working from home!!!!please people that mitchells fibre installation dont go with MWEB as your ISP
