Mweb the Worst company ever

I need to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I received from MWEB recently. I Cancelled with them after not receiving the expected service. my expectations.

No products were accepted by us.

When I reached out to your customer service team to address the issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. The representative I spoke with did not seem to care about my concerns and was unwilling to offer any meaningful solution to the problem.

I am unable to get a password due to them not activating the telephone number to be able to receive their sms's.

This kind of service is unacceptable, and it has caused a significant inconvenience and disappointment for me. As a customer, I expect to receive prompt and reliable service.

I am therefore requesting that you take immediate action to rectify this situation by cancelling my account.
